What is retatrutide?

Retatrutide is a first-in-class, once-weekly injectable known as a triple hormone receptor agonist. Nicknamed “Triple G” by the media, it simultaneously activates three of the body’s key metabolic receptors — an approach no approved weight-loss medication has taken before.
